How credits work

1 image or 1 second = 1 credit

Each image uses one credit. Video rounds up to the next whole second, so a 7.2-second clip uses 8 credits.

Plan credits first

Monthly plan credits are spent before pack credits and reset each billing month. Pack credits never expire.

Failed jobs return credits

Credits are reserved when processing starts and returned if it fails. Successful exports are not refundable.

PRICING FAQ

No surprises after upload.

How do I pay?+

Checkout runs on PayPal, which accepts PayPal balances and most debit and credit cards. We never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

What happens if I cancel my plan?+

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your remaining plan credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for; pack credits are unaffected.

What if a job fails?+

Reserved credits are returned for a failed processing job. A job with an unconfirmed provider submission may take up to two hours to resolve so the same clip is not submitted twice.

Does an upload use credits?+

No. Credits are reserved only when you start processing. Files that exceed the limits are rejected before the job starts.

Can I process a 60-second video?+

Yes, with 60 credits. The upload limit is 60 seconds, 30 fps and 200 MB per clip; the 5 free credits cover 5 images or a clip of up to 5 seconds.
